Making the End Count: Palliative and End of Life Conference 2016
Suwannee River Area Health Education Center and University
of Florida Health will be hosting their annual conference, Making the End Count, Sept. 23 at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center. The annual conference
targets health care providers, social workers, health professionals and
community members who are interested in gaining skills for end-of-life care. This years conference, “The Future of Palliative Care: Connections between
Communities and Health Care Systems,”
will feature keynote speaker, Professor Gloria Bonner, Ph.D.,
R.N.
