Alachua County, to celebrate “Take a Loved One to the Doctor Month”.
Join us on Saturday,
September 20, 2014 at the Paramount Hotel and Conference Center
(2900 SW 13 St, Gainesville, FL 32608) for the following events:
- 5th Annual Gainesville Community Health and Empowerment Summit (10:00 am—2:00 pm)
- Florida Prostate Cancer Advocates Summit for Black Men (10:00 am—3:00 pm)
Both summits
are free, but reservation is requested. RSVP at cancer.ufl.edu/healthsummit or
