Travel Awards for Summit
Travel support for accommodation and transportation (up to
$200) is available based on need and on a “first-come first-served” basis.
Travel awards are provided through the generous support of the University of
Florida Health Cancer Center (UFHCC) Cancer Disparities Program. If you would
like to register and/or be considered for travel support, please complete
attached form and send completed form to Kenneth Stokes by email
(kstokes@cop.ufl.edu) or fax (352-273-6270) by Friday, September 5.
