Community Health Workers and Health Navigators serve complimentary roles for people working through a complex health system. These professionals are exploring best practices to support patient access to health services in a variety of communities. This webinar will highlight lessons learned from integrating health access systems.

  • Discuss George Washington Cancer Institute partnerships with community organizations and Community Health Workers
