You Are Invited! Florida Chronic Disease Prevention Coalition 3rd Annual Summit, October 1-2, Orlando

Greetings Florida Cancer Stakeholders:  

We would like to invite you to attend the Florida Chronic Disease Prevention Coalition's 3rd Annual Summit co-hosted by Reduce Obesity in Central Florida Kids (R.O.C.K).

The theme for the Summit this year is a "Healthy Weight for All.” The Summit will be packed with educational and networking activities. Obesity experts will discuss the latest thinking about our tools to prevent and manage obesity. Topics will range from pediatric obesity, health care costs of obesity and health disparities, to physical activity for individuals with disabilities and breakout sessions on the built environment, gold medal school districts and childhood obesity. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn from others during the Florida Showcase and poster exhibits. 

CEUs are available for nurses, and CEUs are pending for dieticians.

October 2, 2014 (8:00am - 11:30pm EST - Day 2 is an optional Coalition Planning Day)
